Culinary artist Andrzej Ławniczak invites you to Pomorska Akademia Kulinarna (Pomeranian Culinary Academy) for his original, sophisticated and delicious Amber Soup based on his original recipe. The soup received the Best Polish Regional Dish Award in the 2009 PEARL Our Culinary Heritage Competition—Regional Flavours. The soup can be tasted on site by prior phone appointment (+48 501 646 777). The price per serving is PLN 25. Group appointments are also available, combined with a presentation on how to prepare the soup at home. It is also possible to organize a live amber soup cooking presentation at the customer’s premises, should they want to introduce the soup into their menu.
