Joining the Biały Królik kitchen this time is Jakub Follendorf-Pawłowski – head chef at Warsaw’s Supperlardo restaurant, a venue that has returned to the capital’s culinary map after several years with even greater awareness and distinctiveness. His approach to cooking fits perfectly with the Test the Taste philosophy. No shortcuts. No hiding flavours. No compromises. Together with Paweł Fabis, he builds dishes from scratch – starting with relationships with local farmers and suppliers, and ending with working with the produce in the kitchen. Every element matters. Every decision affects the final result. This is cooking based on craftsmanship, intuition and complete trust in the ingredients.

We warmly invite you to a series of eight weekly sessions designed as a makeover programme, aimed at transforming the appearance and health of your face in time for the coming summer. The sessions take place in a group of ten, in an intimate and cosy atmosphere that allows for a personalised approach to each participant.

What results can you expect by summer?: significant relaxation of the masseter, neck and forehead muscles; a marked reduction in wrinkles and skin thickening; defined cheeks and jawline; elimination of a double chin; and relaxation of all facial muscles that cause wrinkles.

During the sessions: you will learn to relieve pain and tension in the neck, face and throat; you will say goodbye to migraine headaches and excessive jaw clenching; you will cure bruxism – clenching your teeth at night and grinding your teeth whilst sleeping; mornings filled with pain will turn into mornings filled with smiles; you will significantly relax your facial muscles and skin, feel connected to your body and gain time just for yourself, learn to relax the muscles and fascia of the face and neck, discover breathing techniques to oxygenate the skin and relax the body, and gain knowledge about the connection between the pelvis and the jaw and facial muscles.

Blu Hours: live music at Blugrass! Nothing sets the mood quite like live music. The lively sounds, performed by a passionate artist, not only add colour to every gathering, but also ensure that the moments spent together remain in your memory for a long time to come.

At Blugrass, we know this all too well, which is why every Friday and Saturday we invite you to exciting musical evenings on the intimate stage at our Blugrass Bistrot. The concerts will start at 7 pm and run until 10 pm. On Fridays, sets straight from the DJ booth will take centre stage, whilst on Saturdays we will be hosting talented vocalists and instrumentalists representing various musical genres. See you there.
