They could not choose a better place to cultivate fish tradition. Right over the Motlava River bank, with a view onto the historic vessel ‘Sołdek’, surrounded by a port town hubbub you can taste the best local fish.

Fish is ordered by the restaurant several times a week. It comes from popular suppliers e.g. ‘Koryb’ Company from Puck as well as local suppliers and the market. The herbs, sprouts and regional vegetables are, in turn, delivered by Lawenda Gardening. Goat cheese is ordered at and comes from the Kashubian Goat Farm, well known in Pomorskie Region. In addition, the cooks also take advantage of other experts’ skills. Every day in the morning bread is baked in the kitchen – oat bread including bran with addition of nuts and black cumin. Trout which can be tasted in the home-made paste is smoked here, as well.

However, this is the goose which seems to be a meat hit of Zafishowani Restaurant. This dish enjoyed so many praises in the previous restaurant located in this place (Kokieteria Restaurant) that the master chef could not resign from including it into the menu.
