Brut is a neo-bistro located in Dolne Miasto in Gdańsk, a residential area just 1500 meters from the old town. It is run by Chef Jan Wojtalik, who has been awarded a Bib Gourmand by Michelin in Warsaw, and Maciej Łyko, the best Polish sommelier of 2019. Brut’s wine list offers over 150 wines from small producers. The menu is based on seasonality and changes frequently.
