Professor Ziółko is more than traditional farming, it’s an innovative approach to cultivation. We run our studio in the spirit of “Urban farming,” growing micro plants vertically among urban buildings. We supply our products to the best restaurants in the region. Thanks to controlled growing conditions, we are able to provide our customers with a consistent and reproducible product 365 days a year. Micro plants contain up to several times more vitamins than their adult form. They are an excellent addition to sandwiches, their color enhances the appearance of dishes and turns up the flavor. They fit perfectly into a fit diet and are a treat for the little ones.
