Tu Można Marzyć is a restaurant located in the heart of Oliwa, offering a refined take on homemade cuisine by Head Chef Tomasz Grota, who brings his passion and culinary creativity directly to the guests’ plates.
Tomasz Grota is a chef closely connected to the Pomeranian region, where his culinary sensitivity was shaped through a deep connection with nature and local ingredients. He began his career at a young age, gaining experience in numerous restaurants across Poland and abroad. Over the years he has received several culinary awards, including the Young Chefs Championship and the Chef Culinary Cup. A pivotal moment in his professional journey was an internship at the renowned French restaurant La Grenouillère, awarded two Michelin stars. Since March 2024, he has been leading the kitchen as Head Chef of “Tu Można Marzyć”.
Rafał Koziorzemski, the owner and mentor, received two MICHELIN Guide recommendations in 2024 and 2025 for his restaurant Fisherman in Sopot. At “Tu Można Marzyć”, he supports the development of the kitchen and maintains high standards while giving the head chef full creative freedom.
The restaurant welcomes guests from the morning with breakfast service. The menu also includes lunches and a traditional à la carte selection for the rest of the day. Every weekend guests can enjoy special weekend dishes, and throughout the day freshly prepared pastries and desserts made in-house are available.
The cuisine is strongly based on seasonality and the highest-quality local ingredients. The wine list is intimate and carefully curated to complement the dishes and enhance the overall dining experience.
