Vinissimo Restaurant & Wine Bar is the new brand under which Sztuczka Bistro – which has been located at 6 Bema Street since 2017 – has been operating since February 2024. The restaurant, run since 2022 by Łukasz Chwojnicki, in a slightly modified format and with the same, irreplaceable team, continues to serve delicious, minimalist cuisine, complemented by an extensive wine selection and impeccable service.
Since June 2023, the head chef has been the modest and talented Łukasz Theus, who has worked with many outstanding chefs. The manager, Diana Kalinichenko, is responsible for the service, wines and the running of the entire restaurant. Having worked in the best restaurants in the Tri-City, she possesses considerable experience despite her young age, which she skilfully utilises in looking after our guests.
