White Rabbit is a restaurant located in the boutique Hotel Quadrille Relais & Châteaux ***** in Gdynia – a luxury palace and park complex from the 18th century for adults only (16+). This design hotel is decorated on a grand scale in the “Alice in Wonderland” style. Like the novel itself, the avant-garde White Rabbit is a magic place, a bit eccentric, widening the horizons of tastes and appealing to all senses. The specialty of the chef, Marcin Popielarz (S. Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 finalist), is Polish, regional cuisine based on seasonal products from local suppliers. An important part of the White Rabbit culinary offer is a vegan menu available a la carte and in the form of a tasting. The restaurant – recognized by the prestigious Gault & Millau culinary guide – has become a synonym of creative, tasting cuisine, rich in forms.
