WitAnn is a small, local producer of artisanal cold cuts and meat preserves, prepared in the slow food style: using traditional methods, without advanced production technologies, and with respect for the environment. When creating our products, we drew inspiration from the recipes and traditions of our parents and grandparents. We added a touch of modernity: our products are smoked in an electric, low-emission smoker. They are hermetically sealed immediately after production to preserve their unique taste and aroma for a long time.
Our selection of cold cuts is complemented by smoked fishes and jarred preserves, which, in addition to classic options, also include our original, unconventional products. The full range of our products is available in our online store.
Taking advantage of our location in the Natura 2000 area, by the Łupawa River and surrounded by beautiful nature, we decided to combine our passion for smoking meats with open-fire cooking—outdoor cuisine. Here, you can enjoy delicious meals cooked in a cauldron or over a campfire, using our locally sourced products.
