WitAnn is a small, local producer of handcrafted cold cuts and meat products, prepared in the slow food style: in a traditional way, without the use of advanced production technologies, respecting the environment. When creating our products, we reached for the recipes of our parents and grandparents. We have added a pinch of modernity to this: we smoke our meats in an electric, low-emission smokehouse, and our products are hermetically packed immediately after production, so that they retain their unique taste and aroma for a long time. The offer of cured meat products is completed by preserves in jars, which, in addition to classic items, also include our original, extraordinary products.
