Brovarnia Gdańsk

Our delicious dishes are made with natural, fresh products, delivered by our regional suppliers. Fresh fish, vegetables, eco poultry and mushrooms from local forests are examples of the products used by our Chef every day. At the same time, the best beer in Poland, that we produce in our brewery in a completely natural way, is the result of reviving the best Gdansk brewing traditions by Brovarnia Hotel Gdańsk.

BRUT

Brut is a neo-bistro located in Dolne Miasto in Gdańsk, a residential area just 1500 meters from the old town. It is run by Chef Jan Wojtalik, who has been awarded a Bib Gourmand by Michelin in Warsaw, and Maciej Łyko, the best Polish sommelier of 2019. Brut's wine list offers over 150 wines from small producers. The menu is based on seasonality and changes frequently.

Butchery&Wine Gdynia

"For all lovers of meat, steaks and the highest quality product, this is very good news !!! The Butchery&Wine Gdynia restaurant opened in Gdynia at the end of March. The place is based on the experience of the iconic Warsaw restaurant of the same name - Butchery&Wine, which has been repeatedly listed in the international Michelin Guide, and has been awarded by the Bib Gourmand award for 11 years constantly. Butchery&Wine Gdynia expresses itself trough: simplicity, taste and authenticity. In the menu you will find several dozen types of grilled steaks from the highest quality Polish and foreign beef, but also, for example, a burger with mushrooms and cheddar, and a few classic starters such as Parfiat Foie Gras, bone marrow and beef tartare. For wine lovers, the sommelier will choose fantastic Amarone or spectacular Barolo by the glasses, and for beer lovers... Butchery&Wine Gdynia has prepared a Polish craft beer - Browar Staropolski.

Eliksir is an original combination of a restaurant, cocktail bar, independent event space, and cigar room located in Wrzeszcz, near the center of Gdansk.The main concept of our venue is food pairing, which is the art of combining flavors. Gryfon

Gryfon Restaurant in Jastarnia is probably the best fish restaurant on the Hel Peninsula. Everything the kitchen offers is made on site, from bread, rolls and doughnuts to fish from its own smokehouse. The Filharmonia Restaurant

The Filharmonia Restaurant invites you to the world of tastes of international cuisine, but with strong Kashubian accents. We have one of the most beautiful locations in Gdańsk. We are located on the Motława River, on Ołowianka Island, overlooking the Long Coast, next to the footbridge connecting the island with the Main Town. Tu Można Marzyć is a restaurant located in the heart of Oliwa, offering a refined take on homemade cuisine by Head Chef Tomasz Grota, who brings his passion and culinary creativity directly to the guests’ plates.Tomasz Grota is a chef closely connected to the Pomeranian region, where his culinary sensitivity was shaped through a deep connection with nature and local ingredients. He began his career at a young age, gaining experience in numerous restaurants across Poland and abroad. Over the years he has received several culinary awards, including the Young Chefs Championship and the Chef Culinary Cup. Vinissimo Restaurant & Wine Bar

Vinissimo Restaurant & Wine Bar is the new brand under which Sztuczka Bistro – which has been located at 6 Bema Street since 2017 – has been operating since February 2024. The restaurant, run since 2022 by Łukasz Chwojnicki, in a slightly modified format and with the same, irreplaceable team, continues to serve delicious, minimalist cuisine, complemented by an extensive wine selection and impeccable service.Since June 2023, the head chef has been the modest and talented Łukasz Theus, who has worked with many outstanding chefs. The manager, Diana Kalinichenko, is responsible for the service, wines and the running of the entire restaurant. Having worked in the best restaurants in the Tri-City, she possesses considerable experience despite her young age, which she skilfully utilises in looking after our guests.
