You can have breakfast on the catamaran on weekends, starting at 9:30 am at the end of the pier in Sopot. At 10:15 a.m. the catamaran sets sail, during which, of course, you can still eat breakfast. Chëcz Kòle Szpërka – breakfast by the beach with a view of the sea

This time from land, but still close enough to the sea to enjoy the sound of the waves. Chëcz Kòle Szpërka is a Kashubian restaurant, the name of which can be translated as Cottage near Szperk. It serves modern regional cuisine by Bartosz Nowak. Breakfast is available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. On the menu you’ll find ready-made set menus, including a Polish-style breakfast with scrambled eggs on butter or bacon with onions, salad, cold cuts and cottage cheese with chives. There’s also challah fried in butter with mascarpone mousse and cinnamon, and tofu dish. There is plenty to choose from!

Breakfast buffets and breakfasts in the garden of Grand Blu Sopot

Polish specialties, but also French cheeses and sweet pastries await at the Grand Blu restaurant in the Sofitel Grand Sopot Hotel. If you are hungry for a good breakfast based on fresh and aromatic products – you will find it here. In the form of a breakfast buffet or à la carte. Hotel Gdansk is impressive. Every lover of good fish is familiar with Zafishowani, but while it plays a starring role on the menu, it has equally excellent company. Breakfasts here are served from 7am until 12pm, which means both for early birds and night owls. Here you’ll order, among other things, the classic scrambled eggs with roasted tomatoes and toasted homemade challah, smoked salmon toast, green shakshuka or baby octopus. There are also sweet pancakes. The selection is large, and the product is fresh and flavorful. There is also an option to enjoy the breakfast buffet, from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. We recommend it!

Las i Woda Restaurant – have breakfast in Bory Tucholskie

Bory Tucholskie was awarded in the plebiscite “Wonders of Poland 2024”. It is a place ideal for long hikes and bicycle trips. The added value of this place is an excellent restaurant hidden in the interiors of Notera Hotel Spa on Lake Charzykowskie. You can stay here for a while and start your day with a delicious breakfast, prepared by the chef of this place Maciej Hippler. Breakfast is prepared daily in the form of a buffet. You can start the day here with a sourdough from beet or multivegetable. At the buffet, in addition to traditional hot and cold dishes, there is also a station with a menu for children and for vegans, vegetarians and those on a keto diet. There is also no shortage of regional delicacies, such as: zylc. In total, more than 100 products are available at the buffet. In addition to coffee, tea and fruit juices, a different herbal infusion is available every day. Well worth experiencing!

Breakfast à la carte in the heart of Gdansk at the Radisson Blu Hotel

In one of Gdansk’s townhouses is the Verres en Vers restaurant, which is part of the Radisson Blu Hotel. If you like warm interiors with atmosphere, referring to history – this restaurant will hit your taste. The restaurant offers a classic breakfast buffet with a dessert station, baked on site. You can also order à la carte, which we heartily recommend. You’ll order egg-based dishes and a vegan tofu dish, among others. There is also a selection of sweet dishes, like pancakes and waffles. There’s plenty to choose from!
