It serves modern regional cuisine by Bartosz Nowak. Breakfast is available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. On the menu you’ll find ready-made set menus, including a Polish-style breakfast with scrambled eggs on butter or bacon with onions, salad, cold cuts and cottage cheese with chives. There’s also challah fried in butter with mascarpone mousse and cinnamon, and tofu dish. There is plenty to choose from!

Bory Tucholskie was awarded in the plebiscite “Wonders of Poland 2024”. It is a place ideal for long hikes and bicycle trips. The added value of this place is an excellent restaurant hidden in the interiors of Notera Hotel Spa on Lake Charzykowskie. You can stay here for a while and start your day with a delicious breakfast, prepared by the chef of this place Maciej Hippler. Breakfast is prepared daily in the form of a buffet. You can start the day here with a sourdough from beet or multivegetable. At the buffet, in addition to traditional hot and cold dishes, there is also a station with a menu for children and for vegans, vegetarians and those on a keto diet. There is also no shortage of regional delicacies, such as: zylc. In total, more than 100 products are available at the buffet.
