Spring is blossoming not only outside the window, but also on plates in Pomeranian restaurants. We invite you on a culinary journey full of spring flavors and aromas. And spring means, of course, early vegetables, fresh lettuce, and lots of lightness. Bon appétit!

Zafishowani – a celebration of freshness and seasonal flavors

Fish always reigns supreme on Zafishowani plates, but in spring, young vegetables play an equally important role: carrots, radishes, green asparagus, and aromatic wild garlic. The whole dish is complemented by delicate fish, seafood, and selected meats.

The Caesar salad deserves special attention – a light, colorful composition with chicken supreme and edible flowers, reminiscent of a blooming meadow. The secret lies in the sauce – creamy, with a hint of anchovies, which emphasizes the freshness of the ingredients. The spring menu at Zafishowani is full of harmony, perfect for awakening your appetite in spring. Yum, yum!

The Grand Blue Restaurant at the iconic Sofitel Grand Sopot Hotel – a journey through classic Polish cuisine with a fresh twist

The new menu at the Grand Blue Sopot restaurant is a tribute to local flavors – you will find Kashubian inspirations, old Polish soups and dishes that guests have loved in previous seasons, but with a new interpretation by chef Tomasz Iwańczyk.

Among the returning classics, you cannot miss beef tartare – which can be prepared at your table (we recommend this experience) – and delicate scallops, perfect for a warmer evening. We recommend this place – it is cozy, elegant, and iconic! After all, it is a place with history.

Limoncello – taste sunny Italy in the Tri-City

The Limoncello restaurant is located in the Garnizon neighborhood of Gdańsk. Here, light, seasonal dishes inspired by Mediterranean cuisine reign supreme. The menu includes raspberry tomatoes with burrata, dill, basil and shallots, as well as tagliatelle with shrimp and chorizo, zucchini, garlic, parsley, cherry tomatoes and a creamy sauce. There is also Mangalica pork loin served with lettuce, tomato, radish, and cucumber. Each of these dishes is a tribute to simplicity and the highest quality ingredients.

Fischgarten – light and full of flavor

We love Fischgarten for being a family-friendly place, perfect for organizing special events. And what stirs the senses on their spring menu? We were enchanted by the vegan parsley cream made from white vegetables, enriched with spinach and fresh parsley, which gives it a subtle color and refreshing taste. It is accompanied by fluffy smoked plant cream foam, crispy Jerusalem artichoke chips, roasted new potatoes, and vegan apple mayonnaise. The dish is topped with pieces of green apple, adding a unique freshness.

The new menu at Fischgarten restaurant is inspired by the best flavors of spring and summer, focusing on seasonal vegetables, fruits, and aromatic herbs, as well as grilled dishes prepared over an open flame. It doesn’t get any better than this!

White Marlin – spring breeze from the sea

Ah, White Marlin! It’s the essence of Sopot’s seaside atmosphere. Their menu is a culinary journey inspired by the flavors of the seas around the world. The restaurant’s interior exudes subtle elegance, and its location right on the Baltic coast means that every meal takes on that seaside aura.

On White Marlin’s spring plates, you will find green pea and chickpea hummus with pita bread, pink Dutch herring marinated in chili, and sorrel cream with roasted potatoes and vegan cream. There will also be Mowi Supreme salmon in a spring vegetable stew, mussels in tomato sauce with white wine, and gnocchi in parsley pesto with squid. So delicious!
