This is an original recipe from one of the most popular restaurant in Gdańsk- Brovarnia, located in Hotel Gdańsk.
You can enjoy the exceptional taste of the soup thanks to very good ingredients and fish aroma.
Ingredients:
fish from Baltic Sea – cod, flounder, zander, trout
Olive oil
Dry withe wine
Three carrots
Two stics celery
Five tomatoes
Two fennels
One white part of the leek
Three onions
Garlic
Parsley and thyme
Bay leaves
Pepper & salt
Half lemon
Cut the fish and fry them at the hot oil for about 4 minutes. Peel and cut the garlic . Next, cut all vegetables into little cubes. Cut the potatoes into little cubes, as well.
Add wine to the fish and boi lit with the water. Boil the soup for about 30 minutes. Take the fish out from the broth.
Fry garlic, onion and carrots. Add cut tomatoes, broth and later add the fish taken from the broth. Boil it for the following 10 minutes.
Apply squezzed lemon,salt and pepper, as you wish.
Pour the soup to the plates. Finally, sprinkle the soup with the parsley.
