The story begins with a good apple. The Cider Festival in Otomin will be a beautiful story around apples, aromatic cider and tasty food. On May 30, meet at Tabun restaurant to celebrate our local product – Otomin cider.
The debut event is an offer not only for cider enthusiasts, but for everyone who appreciates local product, looking for good cuisine and for lover of slow food and slow life. It will be an opportunity to learn about the history of cider from Otomin and see a small cidery, managed by Pomeranian cider maker -Michal Ponikowski. It is here, in Otomin, that the dry beverages are made, but also the flagship product from Otomin – ice cider.
The rich program of the event has been filled by: tastings, lectures and meetings with cider makers. Time will flow slowly in the chillout zone with the sounds of a DJ. And a feast for the eyes will be an artistic performance by our local street art artist Piotr TUSE Jaworski.
In the evening there will be a tasting dinner, where cider will highlight the taste of the food served. Separate registration is required for the dinner.
