Every year, “Operation: Goose” attracts to Swołowo more than 5 thousand meat amateurs. And there is plenty to from! Roasted legs,goose dumplings and giblets, czernina (goose blood soup), rutabaga soup and many other delicacies are the effect of several dozen caterers, including restaurateurs and farmers’ wives. The event is accompanied by local product market, where raw goose, smoked goose breast, lard or preserves can be purchased to make sure the home pantry is full for the winter.
