This was the third edition of the Olivia Stars series. The highlight of the event held on Saturday, May 14, on the top floors of the Tri-City office building the highlight of which was the performance by Patrycja and Grzegorz Markowski. The artists sang many well-known hits and speaking to the hostess of the evening, Gabi Drzewiecka, they revealed some family secrets. The musical feast was spiced up by Progress ensemble and culinary specialties prepared by the chefs of Arco by Paco Perez and Treinta y Tres restaurants.

Musical and culinary concept of Olivia Star is taking shape. Just as the organizers promised, the events feature well-known and popular Polish vocalists. The series of events was inaugurated with a performance by Krzysztof Zalewski, followed by Daria Zawiałow. This time the stage belonged to a family duo: Patrycja and Grzegorz Markowski, who took their audience on a musical journey through unique arrangements.

The evening, as always, began with a welcome drink in Olivia Garden. Guests then moved to the 32nd and 33rd floors, where a glass of champagne and plenty of specialties awaited. Apart from snacks they could taste sushi, tuna tartare, salmon in puff pastry, vegetarian delicacies and sweets. The concert took place on the 34th floor of Olivia Star, with about 150 people in the audience.

There is no denying that the star of the evening was Patrycja, who enchanted the audience with her greatest hits: “Jeszcze raz”, “Ocean”, “Świat się pomylił” or “Ona kochać chce”. She also performed several songs from her new album, which is scheduled for release on May 20.

The singer’s father joined in the middle of the concert, which does not mean that he remained in the shadow of his daughter. Together they sang a new song “Wilczy pęd”, as well as cult classics: “Niewiele ci mogę dać” and “Kołysanka”. The leader of Perfect, who retired from the band a year ago, after 40 years of performing, set the mood for the remainder of the evening. The audience lit up when he entered the stage, and got up from their seats to sing along their favourite songs.

In the third edition of the event, the Progress ensemble conducted by Irek Wojtczak, which accompanied all the artists of Olivia Stars, remained an unchanged element of the concerts. However, another element of the program was altered. Gabi Drzewiecka’s interview with the artists took place after the concert. Previously, the journalist was chatting with vocalists during the concert, creating a sort of a musical interlude. The change of format is most welcome as it did not interrupt the musical journey, allowing the audience lose themselves in the melodies.
